Arte is AWESOME! Very Helpful and so nice. He hooked me up with a temp fade and the VIP treatment is so good! I?m coming to this location only from now on!

On my first visit here, I was supposed to receive the discounted MVP treatment. My hair stylist gave me a standard rushed haircut in probably 5 minutes and then rang me up. On the register it even said "1st time MVP treatment" or something of the sort, and I could tell she noticed. Rather than doing anything about it, she just told me the total and watched me pay for service I did not receive. I returned on two other instances specifically requesting another stylist (Rachel I believe) and she was awesome. But the sheer laziness and lack of ethical behavior from the stylist in my first visit left too bad a taste in my mouth and I have no interest in returning to a place where someone like that is employed.
